10 Apartments and 2 Penthouses including an in-house Gym and Registered office of the company with a total built up area of 30,000 Sft. on a plot size of 911 Sq Yards was completed in 2004. The total project cost was Rs 5.50 crores. This Project is completed.

Lalitha Bloomfield (Khajaguda, Hyderabad), Company Own Land:
Total 45 Villas of 3800 Sft of each & total built up area is 1.62 Lakhs Sft. The project has Prestigious, luxury villas in a gated community next to Oakridge International School with world class amenities and luxury features. 0.3 km to 8 lane express way, walking distance to top schools, 2.5 km to Franklin Templeton, Microsoft, Wipro, Infosys etc.,. The total project cost was Rs.30.24 Crores. The Project is completed.

Bloomfield Elation Towers, Khajaguda, Hyderabad. Company Own Land:
Bloomfield Elation Towers is a housing project with 14 Floors 70 Flats total built up area of 1,62,115 Sft situated in Khajaguda Village, Hyderabad. The approx of project cost is Rs.31.15 Crores. The company has completed 100% of the construction work.

The total project cost is Rs.62.16 crores (Approx.). Project work is 80% completed.

Bloomfield Elation Villas (Development Land):
Bloomfield Elation Villas is a housing project with 29 Villas each with a built up area of 4000 Sft on a plot area of Acres: 5.19 land & total built up area of 1,16,000 Sft situated in Khajaguda Village, Hyderabad. The total project cost is Rs.18.79 Crores. Project work is 75% completed.

Bloomfield Ecstasy Phase –II (Tellapur, Hyderabad) Company Own Land:
The total plot area is 5 Acres. This project will be row houses with 3000 sft, in 240 sq yards with four bed rooms.
